Enjoy a worry free check-in experience: beds are made upon your arrival. The well stocked kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at home and opens into shared dining and living spaces ideal for spending time together.

Outdoors, the property offers expansive decks, a private pool, patio and balcony areas, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill—perfect for enjoying ocean views and warm coastal evenings. The home sits waterfront and includes a private entrance and free parking on the premises.

Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog, per day must be paid in full prior to check-in. Dog food/water bowls available for your use.

Events are allowed by prior approval only and require a non-refundable event fee starting at $1,500 (subject to change). All event details must be disclosed and approved before booking.

But wait, there's more! Simply walk to the end of our driveway and say hello to a fisherman's paradise! Our property offers the convenience of both the ocean and the sound, including nearby fishing access. The Point on Oak Island is the perfect place to watch boats, jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaks pass by.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
